UnderSea Putt & Play ( USPP ) Party’s Terms and Conditions
A minimum of 8 ( paying ) guests are required to be eligible to book a party package.
Children under the age of 13 are only allowed in the Putt Putt area with a paying adult.
In the event the number of guests falls below on the minimum requirement, charges will apply for the minimum 8 ( paying ) guests.
Balance of party must be paid in full at commencement of party or function.
Guests are permitted an additional 15mins use of the party area at the conclusion of the party/function session.
*Please note, to accommodate following bookings and in fairness to other guests, the 15-minute table time will be strictly imposed and cannot be extended.Guests do not win any tickets during time play. A set amount of tickets is allocated and pre- loaded to each guest card according to package.
Redemption points allocated to each guest are only valid on the day of the party/function.
Points must be redeemed in full on the day. Prizes redeemed are not valid for exchange or refund after the transaction is complete. The transaction is complete after the guest card is surrendered to USPP staff.
A non -refundable minimum $100 deposit payable is required for all bookings.
Confirmation of total number of guests is required 2 days prior to the event unless advised otherwise. Should final guest numbers change after confirmation, please contact venue in advance. Additional seating for extra guests is subject to availability.
All guests are required to arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start time of the event. The commencement and conclusion time stipulated on the booking form cannot be altered in the event of late arrivals.
Pricing and trading hours are subject to change without notice.
USPP will be open to the public during the time of function or birthday party booking.
USPP staff/ party hosts are not responsible for the supervision of guests.
Guests must be supervised and assisted at all times by an attending parent/adult (1:8) for the duration of the party.
USPP is not responsible for the damage and loss of personal belongings on site.
All guests must adhere to store conditions of entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests at any time at the manager’s discretion.
Helium balloons are not permitted in store unless secured to a helium balloon weight.
I acknowledge that USPP does not accept liability for any personal injury howsoever caused, including negligence by my child, other children and adults including visitors and staff.
I agree that in the event of a participant being involved in an accident, becoming ill, or otherwise requiring medical treatment or care, USPP personnel may, in their absolute discretion, obtain medical treatment for the participant and that I must pay all expenses incurred in obtaining such medical treatment or care.
Wilful damage must not be caused by anyone attending the party or function, to contents of property, facilities, fixtures or fittings. I agree I will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage (including accidental) caused by anyone attending the party.
